Ocean State Painting was established in 1983 by Kevin Mullen after attending RIJC for business. Kevin started painting with a well-known and respected Master
painter in 1981 while attending college. Kevin is the founder and president of Ocean State Painting & Powerwashing Inc. As an owner operated company, you can be assured of constant quality control on every job.

Ocean State Painting has been painting residential and commercial properties in South County and surrounding communities for over 25 years. Most of our customers are repeat and referral based clients. “Bigger isn’t always better.” We are a small company employing 3-5 employees full time. This is quality control at it’s best! Our employees are experienced journeymen who have been in our employment for years.

You can be sure, no matter how much money you save, the wrong way is never the way to go. Painting over a surface that is not properly prepared can create recurring problems for the life of the structure.
